Happy Thanksgiving

Holiday Recipes

It is that time of the year where we are either cooking at home or bringing something to friends and family. I am not the worlds greatest cook but do have a few favorites that I will share with you over the next month or so. In the comments below leave your favorite recipe or what you have to be thankful for over this Thanksgiving week.

Hot Spinach and Tomato Dip


2 pkg of frozen chopped spinach
2 8oz cream cheese (soften)
2 pkg of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 medium tomato chopped
½ medium onion chopped
¼ cup half and half
Salt and pepper for taste

Thaw and drain spinach.
Mix all the ingredients together
Place in a casserole dish
Bake uncovered in a 350 deg oven for 30 min.

Serve with tortilla chips
